The hotline for cases of sexual abuse is nationwide, free of charge and anonymous point of contact for those directly affected by sexual abuse, their family members as well as people from the immediate social environment of children, for employees and all interested parties.
The youth network Lambda is a contact point for people who define themselves as bisexual, lesbian, gay, trans*, inter*, queer. They also have services for boys who also have sex with boys, for women who also have sex with women, and for anyone who gets on the nerves of homo- and trans* discrimination. Lambda is a federal association, and there are state associations in many states. In many cities there are youth group projects or youth cafés.
The Wildwasser association helps children, young people and adults who have been affected by sexual abuse. Likewise, friends and relatives of victims, professionals and volunteers can get advice and help.
